Items on our website are available and ready to ship same day unless otherwise stated. We process and ship orders on Monday through Friday, excluding holidays when the USPS is closed. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be processed on the next business day (Monday-Friday) and then shipped.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@nurtureyouressence.com immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items. These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the post office. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up. Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced by Nurture Your Essence at no additional cost.
