We take pride in our candles and want you to be satisfied with your Nurture Your Essence candle purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange should you receive the wrong candle, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any candle not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted for return. Don't hesitate to contact us at info@nurtureyouressence.com within 5 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return.
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@nurtureyouressence.com immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items. These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the post office. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up. Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced by Nurture Your Essence at no additional cost.
We do not offer returns due to scent preferences or mistakes in the ordering process for which we are not at fault.
